Support solution design and system integration activities across telecom platforms, including BSS/OSS systems, APIs, and core applications, while gaining hands-on exposure to architecture, integrations, and end-to-end solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing solution designs, system workflows, and technical documentation
  • Support API integrations and ensure smooth communication between systems
  • Work closely with architects to develop solution diagrams, flowcharts, and integration models
  • Help analyze business and technical requirements and contribute to solution proposals
  • Assist in identifying integration points, dependencies, and potential risks
  • Collaborate with development, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure solution alignment
  • Support system testing and validation of integrated solutions
  • Maintain documentation for system designs, interfaces, and integration processes
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum activities and team discussions

Person Specifications

  • Undergraduate in IT, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field
  • Basic understanding of APIs, system integration, and software architecture concepts
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies

Added Advantage

Exposure to telecommunications concepts, BSS/OSS systems, or relevant academic experience is a plus
