Location: Banbridge, Co. Down
Responsible to: Marketing Manager
Closing date: 15 May 2026
Salary: Depending on Experience
Hours: Monday - Thursday 8:00 - 17:00 & Friday 8:00 - 15:00 (38 hours per week)

We are seeking a Marketing Assistant Placement based in Banbridge to be part of our growing team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support with day-to-day management of the company website & social media channels.
  • Develop monthly activity and engagement reports including social media analytics, website analytics and company event engagement.
  • Assist with content creation for a range of communications channels, both digital & print, whilst maintaining brand consistency.
  • Support the delivery of branded communications and campaigns.
  • Assist with internal & external event planning and engagement.
  • Coordinate with external agencies for branded materials and signage.
  • Manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Keep informed of industry trends, design tools, and creative best practices to continually improve output.
  • Occasional travel to sites and regional offices.
  • General administration support and any other duties as requested by the Marketing Manager.

QUALIFICATION

Currently undertaking a degree in Marketing, Communications, or related discipline.

EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE

Essential

  • Creative and ideas-driven, with strong planning and presentation skills.
  • Experience using basic design and video-editing tools, including Canva and Photoshop.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, including LinkedIn and Facebook.

Desirable

  • Knowledge of web and social media analytics.
  • Familiar with website Content Management Systems.

ABILITIES & SKILLS

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Time management and ability to prioritise workload.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Problem solving and creative thinking skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and take initiative.
  • Strong IT skills including proficiency in PowerPoint, Word & Excel.
  • Flexibility and willingness to learn new skills.
