Hours: Monday - Thursday 8:00 - 17:00 & Friday 8:00 - 15:00 (38 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities
- Meet and greet visitors to Reception in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in reception and meeting rooms.
- Answer/divert calls and relay messages accurately.
- Creation of monthly reception rota, ensuring appropriate cover when needed.
- Ensure reception TVs are switched on.
- Handle all aspects of company mail, including franking, record‑keeping, internal distribution, and occasional post office visits.
- Liaising with HR dept ensuring all new starts are familiar with meeting room booking system.
- Organise & collect food and refreshments for meetings as and when required.
- Liaise with Cleaning team to ensure meeting rooms are kept clean.
- Liaise with IT team to inform them of any issues with meeting room equipment.
- Maintain and update Master Site location document.
- Order and manage stationery levels, ensuring the stockroom is organised at all times.
- Keep canteen stocked (milk, tea, coffee, sugar) and review cost efficiency.
- Manage, order and distribute milk & fruit deliveries.
- Coordinate onboarding requirements, including managing the capture of new employee photographs & work closely with IT to ensure timely issue of ID badges.
- Add new starters to clocking machine.
- Issue user guides for canteen vending machines.
- Distribute and order branded clothing and prepare new starter welcome packs.
- Update staff noticeboards with news/events.
- Additional administration support to various departments within the business.
Qualifications & Experience
Essential: 5 GCSE's (Grades A-C including math and English) and at least 1 year's experience in a similar role.
Abilities & Skills: Excellent communication (written & verbal), good interpersonal skills, organised and structured approach, strong problem-solving, ability to work under pressure, strong team player with initiative.
