Junior Revit MEP Technician

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Group are an established, and successful multi-disciplinary building-services solution contractor, with our Head Office based in Banbridge, Northern Ireland.

We are seeking a Junior Revit MEP Technician based in Banbridge to be part of our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in coordination and production of HVAC, public health and electrical systems within Revit using design team schematics/mark-ups.
  • Utilise AR & VR Systems for Design Coordination.
  • Develop an understanding of [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Group BIM Procedures and Quality Standards SOPs etc.
  • Understand Document Management System and assist with Issuing drawings in electronic or hard copies to set deadlines.
  • Take responsibility for own work.

Qualifications

Essential

  • 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above, including Maths and English.

Experience & Knowledge

Essential

  • 1 year experience as a Revit Technician.

Desirable

  • Experience using Revit to produce coordinated HVAC systems.

Abilities & Skills

Essential

  • Organised and structured approach to work.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work well within a team.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office package.

Desirable

  • Knowledge of BIM methodologies and UK BIM standards
