About the Role
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is looking for a smart, high-agency individual with frontend-leaning software engineering experience to lead product growth efforts. You'll operate at the intersection of engineering, product, and marketing, working across product usage analysis, product engagement, user acquisition, pipeline optimization, and more.
- Product usage analysis: Use dashboards (Posthog, Grafana, Datadog) to analyze usage behavior and patterns, then steer growth marketing and drive engagement.
- Top-of-funnel optimization: Build novel ways to generate pipeline and run creative experiments (SEO, paid ads, conferences).
- Usage optimization: Develop workflows to re-engage unengaged users.
- Metric strategy: Define key metrics to optimize for.
- Revenue & pipeline optimization: Optimize each step in the pre- and post-sale pipeline.
Who You'll Work With
You'll work with founders Sanj (Chief Research Officer, PhD in AI), Chris (CEO, PhD, published researcher), Angus (CTO, MEng Computer Science), and a talented team of AI researchers, software engineers, patent attorneys, and go-to-market experts.
What You Bring
Must haves:
- Strong frontend-leaning engineering skills.
- Strong product sense.
- Interest in growth and business side.
Preferred haves:
- Experience with product analytics tools (Posthog, Datadog, Grafana, etc.).
- Experience launching or growing products.
