About the Role

You will lead our social media and conference motion graphics promotions, working closely with our design, GTM, and product teams.

• Develop a user-centric motion design system that scales to all products within our platform.
• Work closely with our design, GTM, and product teams to bring scripts to life.
• Partner with our design team to animate assets that can be embedded into the product experience.
• QA work to ensure designs and creative assets are polished, on brand, and ready for release.
• Help us execute efficiently to ship products that deliver value and impact for our customers.

What You Bring

• 3+ years experience with Motion Graphics – ability to create videos like ElevenLabs' Series C announcement.
• Ability to turn technical products into engaging motion graphics.
• Comfort with ambiguous environments.
• Self-directed and solution-oriented.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Master in After Effects and Figma.
• Low ego, collaborative, positive attitude.
• Preferred: Experience with branding, growth videos, Rive, Lottie.
