The [Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] have an incredible opportunity for a Head of Paralympic Specialist Services to lead the newly formed Paralympic Specialist Services function across the High Performance System.
- Salary: £73,909 p.a

A snapshot of the role
Lead the charge behind Paralympic performance. As Head of Paralympic Specialist Services, you’ll set the strategy and steer day to day delivery of a world-class, multi-disciplinary programme bringing together expertise that elevates athlete health, preparation and Games-time performance.
This is a pivotal senior leadership role and a rare opportunity to sit at the heart of the UK high-performance system, shaping how [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] delivers its responsibilities within the UK Performance Support Strategy.
Working in close partnership across Specialist Services, [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] and the High-Performance System (HPS), you’ll ensure Paralympic health and performance support is evidence led, tightly aligned to performance goals, and consistently embedded across the system optimising preparation and driving sustainable success.
