Snapshot of the Role

• Engage effectively with sports to clean and refine performance requirements into clear, answerable performance questions and well-scoped projects/activities.
• Deliver solutions to drive performance impact.
• Work with Paralympic sports to understand performance gaps and priorities.
• Proactively develop an expert network in technical and innovation areas.
• Combine high-level consultancy skills with specialist Athlete Health expertise to design and lead projects.
• Engage with sports on a week-by-week basis often at training or competition venues.
