Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our friendly team as an administrator, joining our friendly and supportive colleagues. This service operates between 08:30-17:00 Monday to Friday, and this is an office based role. This is a full-time role, 37.5 hours per week.

Main Duties

  • Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining client records, coordinating referrals, and handling inquiries.
  • Be the first point of contact for clients; excellent communication, empathy, and a non-judgmental attitude essential.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care.
  • Work closely with clinicians and other team members to ensure smooth functioning of mental health services.

Person Specification

Qualifications (Essential)

  • GCSE level education or equivalent
  • Good literacy and numeracy skills
  • NVQ Level 3 in administration or equivalent experience

Experience (Essential)

  • Proven experience of unsupervised administrative work in a busy office environment
  • Experience of Data Inputting and Retrieval
  • Experience of using Microsoft Office i.e. Word, Excel & Outlook

Personal Skills & Abilities (Essential)

  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently
