Project Support Officer
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is seeking to recruit an experienced Project Support Officer to support the small project team to implement the remaining workstreams of its Electronic Patient Record, mediSIGHT. Previous project support experience is essential, together with excellent communication and organisational skills.
Main Duties of the Job
- To provide comprehensive project and administrative support to the Digital Nurse/Assistant Directorate Manager in the implementation of the Directorate's Electronic Patient Record.
- To maintain Risks/Issues log providing status reports as required.
- Development of SOPS, training manuals and communication plan.
- Supporting clinical staff with the changes needed to move to digital working.
- To continue to develop the EPR post implementation, producing reports from its Audit suite as required.
- Provision of training for clinical staff in the use of the EPR.

Education/Experience
Essential
- Qualified to Degree Level or equivalent Experience
- Previous project support experience
- Experience of leading projects and producing project management documentation
- Ability to use Excel at an advanced level
Desirable
- Ability to demonstrate investigative, analytical and problem solving skills
- Prince 2 Foundation Qualification
