The role involves preparing high-quality, nutritious meals for elderly residents, creating menus, and presenting food attractively. The ideal candidate will have City & Guilds 706 1&2 or equivalent, a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate, and experience as a Head Chef or Cook in a similar environment. Main Duties
- Prepare high-quality, nutritious meals considering individual needs and cultural backgrounds.
- Create menus and present food attractively to stimulate appetite.
- Act as pivotal link between kitchen and serving areas.

Requirements
- City & Guilds 706 1&2, or equivalent (achieved or working towards)
- Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
- Head Chef or Head Cook experience in a similar environment
- Supervisory or Line Management experience
- A caring nature and personal approach
- Proven ability to lead by example, motivate a team, and delegate effectively
- Flexible and adaptable to changes at short notice
- Warm, approachable, and engaging personality
- Respect for others, treating them as you would expect to be treated
