Clinical Support Worker - Central Norfolk

Person Specification
Experience
- Essential: Previous experience within the care sector
- Desirable: Previous experience in a mental health setting; lived experience
Qualifications
- Essential: NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent; Care Certificate (to be achieved within 12 weeks)
- Desirable: Mental Health First Aid
Skills
- Essential: Ability to work without direct supervision; good verbal and written skills; respect for individual needs
Knowledge
- Essential: Awareness of professional boundaries; understanding of confidentiality
Other
- Essential: Ability to undertake Breakaway and Personal Intervention training; awareness of equality and diversity; able to travel independently
