Job Summary
As a nurse at [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal], you will build on your existing skill set in a nurse-led environment, developing complex decision making and collaborative skills. You will be a Registered Nurse with a valid Pin number and commitment to NMC standards.
Main Duties
- Provide person-centred nursing care to residents
- Mentor and support colleagues as a practice supervisor
- Ensure safeguarding and report concerns appropriately
- Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams
About You
- Registered Nurse with at least 12 months UK nursing experience
- Valid NMC Pin
- Passion for mentoring and person-centred care
- Excellent communication skills
