Clinical Systems Trainer

Salary: £28,392 to £31,157 a year | Full-time, Permanent | Hybrid

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic motivated candidate who can deliver high quality effective training on our clinical systems to colleagues. Training is delivered in person at various locations across the county and virtually via MS Teams. Through attendance at team/service line meetings, you will support staff by acting as an interface between clinical services and Digital teams, identifying training needs and providing targeted interventions to protect patient data safety.

Main Duties

  • Provide information, knowledge, and training to clinical system users.
  • Proactively respond to queries and approved requests for support and training.
  • Actively seek feedback from staff to improve training quality.
  • Facilitate collection of accurate and high-quality data on Trust clinical systems.
  • Liaise with staff to interpret business requirements and advise on solutions design.
  • Support user groups and assist Digital Trainers in data quality improvement.
  • Develop support documents and FAQs for users.

Person Specification

  • Professional training qualification or relevant experience in digital systems training.
  • Experience designing, developing, and delivering effective training of digital systems.
  • Effective time management and prioritisation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent IT skills, in-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365.
  • Confident in speaking in front of groups.
  • Ability to travel independently.
