About the Role

As a nurse at [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal], you will build on your existing skill set, practicing in a nurse-led environment, developing complex decision making and collaborative skills. You will make a difference to our Residents at a time of their life when they may feel the most vulnerable, and they will look to you to guide and support them in life-changing decisions. You will be a Registered Nurse with a valid Pin number and will understand your commitment to your profession through the standards of practice set by the NMC.

Main Duties

• Provide kind, person-centred care to residents
• Lead clinical decision-making in a nurse-led environment
• Mentor and share knowledge with colleagues as a practice supervisor
• Ensure safeguarding and report concerns appropriately
• Maintain effective communication with residents, families, and the multi-disciplinary team

Qualifications

• Nursing Qualifications, Active NMC Pin and 1 year UK nursing experience (Essential)
