Job summary
To lead on the delivery of the ICB data access process for all stakeholders requiring access to data for the purpose of population health and research. This role will manage all engagement with stakeholders throughout the data access process and ensure that their requirements are satisfied, where feasible and appropriate to so.
Main duties of the job
- Facilitate data access for population health and research uses, using established processes
- Lead all engagement with applicants throughout the end-to-end data access process
- Maintain a data sharing register, a project log, a risk log, and other key artefacts required to satisfy local, national and organisational requirements
- Support DIA leadership with day to day activities, including support of the core programme sub-groups
- Develop a deep understanding of the data products that are available in order to inform stakeholders of appropriate technical solutions
- Support to management of the data asset roadmap, following emerging requirements from the data access process
- Support the management of the ICB data quality log & forum
- Work with senior stakeholders from across the ICS to ensure that their data requirements are satisfied
- Proactively engage with blocked or failing projects to ensure transparency and help find an appropriate solution to re-enable the project

Person Specification
Qualifications
- Essential: Minimum 5 GCSEs or equivalent including English and Maths
- Desirable: ECDL or equivalent
Knowledge and Experience
- Essential: Experience working in a project management office, Experience working with NHS data/data products, Experience working to agile management principles, Experience with frameworks for NHS data use, including legal, national & local organisational requirements
- Desirable: Previous NHS experience
Skills
- Essential: Comfortable interacting with stakeholders at any level across Cheshire & Merseyside Integrated Care System, Proficient in using MS applications: Word, Excel, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook and Adobe, Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines, Able to work both as a member of the team and on own initiative
- Desirable: Experience working with databases
