Accountabilities

  • Service Delivery Excellence & Operational Efficiency
  • Account Performance: Collaborate with internal teams, monitor compliance, identify growth opportunities
  • Cost/Efficiency: Manage P&L, perform forecasting, control costs, lead continuous improvement
  • Client Engagement: Build strategic relationships, resolve escalations, lead business reviews
