MSP Senior Operations Manager, EMEA (remote)

Key Responsibilities
- Service Delivery Excellence & Operational Efficiency

Requirements
- 5+ years in an Operations Manager role covering multiple countries
- 5+ years within the Managed Service Provider (MSP) industry in an Operations Manager role
- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, and prioritize
- Proficient in analyzing and trending large amounts of data
- Professional-level proficiency in English
