Main Duties of the Job
As a nurse at [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal], you will build on your existing skill set, practicing in a nurse-led environment, developing complex decision making and collaborative skills - to name but a few! You will make a difference to our Residents at a time of their life when they may feel the most vulnerable, and they will look to you to guide and support them in life-changing decisions, which is a humbling and unbelievably rewarding part of the role. You will be a Registered Nurse with a valid Pin number and will understand your commitment to your profession through the standards of practice set by the NMC.

Job Responsibilities
- Provide kind, compassionate nursing care to residents in a care home setting.
- Develop complex decision-making and collaborative skills in a nurse-led environment.
- Mentor and share knowledge with colleagues, acting as a practice supervisor and assessor to students.
- Advocate and deliver a person-centred approach to care.
- Recognise signs of abuse, harm or neglect and follow safeguarding procedures.
- Maintain effective communication and professional behaviours.
- Contribute to digital care planning and use technology to improve outcomes.
