Job summary

We are seeking to recruit a full time Administrative Assistant for the Early Intervention for Psychosis Team based at St John's Unit, Widnes. This post will be part of an admin team who will support a clinical team and reception area.

Main duties of the job

To provide an efficient and effective clerical service to the multi-disciplinary team. The role will include providing administrative support to the team and will include answering telephone calls into the Service, photocopying, scanning, uploaded referrals and making appointments.

Qualifications

Essential: Typing/WP RSAII or equivalent or demonstrable experience.
Desirable: ECDL/ICT, NVQ2 Business Administration GCSE English grade A-C or equivalent.

Knowledge & Experience

Essential: Experience of working in an office environment, Knowledge of office procedures, Familiar with Microsoft Office.
Desirable: Experience of working within the NHS or related healthcare experience, Experience of dealing with members of the public, Knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Awareness of Recovery Model, Awareness of children/vulnerable adults guidelines, Audio Typing experience.

Skills
