Recruitment Advisor
[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] is seeking a Recruitment Advisor to deliver recruitment services, support hiring managers, and ensure a smooth recruitment journey. This is a permanent, full-time Band 3 position based in Macclesfield.
Job Summary
As a Recruitment Advisor at [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] (ECT), you'll play a key role in delivering our recruitment service and supporting the development of a diverse, inclusive and compassionate workforce. You'll work closely with hiring managers and new starters, providing excellent support via face-to-face, phone, and email to ensure a smooth recruitment journey.
Main Duties
- Preparing adverts and coordinating interviews
- Issuing offers and contracts
- Completing pre-employment checks (ID, right to work, references, occupational health, DBS)
Salary & Contract
£25,760 to £27,476 a year (subject to job matching) - Permanent, Full-time (37.5 hours/week)

Person Specification
Qualifications (Essential)
- NVQ level 3 or equivalent experience in recruitment and/or administration
Knowledge & Skills (Essential)
- Knowledge of recruitment procedures and current UK Employment Legislation
- Ability to work alone as well as a team member
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to organise and prioritise work to meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
- Good computer skills
- Ability to deliver high quality customer service
- Ability to deal with telephone, email and face-to-face enquiries effectively
Experience (Essential)
- Experience in administration
- Experience of working in a customer service environment
- Experience of working with computerised HR systems and databases
Experience (Desirable)
- Experience in recruitment administration
- Experience of using an ESR & NHS Jobs
