Salary: £24,937 - £26,598 a year (pro rata)
Contract: Permanent, Full-time/Part-time

Job Summary
We are recruiting full time/part-time Administrators for our successful Home First Team. You will provide administrative/clerical/secretarial support to assist in the smooth running of the service. Please note, this vacancy does not meet the criteria for skilled worker sponsorship.
Main Duties of the Job
- Supporting managers and senior clinical staff by overseeing, inputting and processing data using various computer systems such as Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Mosaic, RIO.
- Liaising with the Hospital Discharge Teams to co-ordinate discharges to the Home First Service and allocating visits.
- Act as a point of contact for the team, answering routine enquiries and actioning telephone calls and emails.
- Occasionally assisting with receiving visitors in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Ensuring that staff, service users and members of the public are dealt with efficiently.

Person Specification
Qualifications (Essential)
- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent to include Mathematics and English
- Previous paid employment or voluntary work experience
- Background in Adult Social Care and / or Health Care administration
Experience & Skills (Essential)
- Experience of a wide range of IT packages including MS Office, ESR systems, Procurement systems
- Ability to interact courteously and confidently with other people
- Maintaining confidentiality of colleagues and service users
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to travel across a wide geographical area using car, public transport etc.
- Command of spoken English/Welsh sufficient for effective performance
Knowledge (Essential)
- Awareness of services provided by Kent Adult Social Services/Kent County Council/Health
- Understanding of Equality and Diversity
- Understanding of health and safety issues within the workplace
