Operational Trainer

Salary: £31,727 a year | Contract: Permanent | Working pattern: Full-time, Part-time

Main duties of the job

Job responsibilities

  • Coordination and delivery of induction and development training against [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] objectives
  • Provide practical, hands-on training across a variety of subjects
  • Plan and publish training calendars
  • Ensure employee training files are up to date
  • Observe workplace practice
  • Arrange induction paperwork and a buddy for new employees
  • Maintain regular contact with new team members, coaching and supporting
  • Attend meetings and conferences external to the home
  • Promote learning and development opportunities offered by [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]
  • Work with Home Managers to implement individual personal development plans

Person Specification - Qualifications

  • C&G 7300 (or equivalent) or Diploma level 3 in Health & Social Care or experience in social care sector
  • Working knowledge of legislative requirements in care sector
  • 2 years training experience
  • Full UK driving licence
