Job Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver against the annual Quality Improvement Review (QIR) schedule
- Monitor and review data to inform risk-based responses
- Provide central support, advice and guidance on regulatory and quality improvement matters
- Provide constructive feedback on quality improvement review findings
- Write reports and action plans to drive quality improvement
- Attend regional meetings to share updates and best practices
- Work on a rota basis on the Regulation Duty Desk function
- Involvement on key quality improvement projects
- Draft, review and refresh relevant policies and guidance
Skills and Experience Required
- Must have experience in health and social care regulation, quality improvement, registered manager role, or inspection frameworks
- Excellent understanding of health and social care regulations and quality improvement strategies
- Ability to review evidence and possess excellent analytical skills
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience of coaching and mentoring
- Ability to motivate others and drive change and improvement
- Resilient and flexible
- Ability to work to KPIs and tight deadlines
