Location: Glasgow, Scotland. Hours: 13 hours per week. Weekend working preferred. Salary: £17 p/h + commission. As a visionary in your craft, you'll play a key role in empowering our customers to bring their dream curations to life.

The Piercer Mission

We're more than a piercing studio - we're a community shaping the future of piercing and jewellery. As a visionary in your craft, you'll play a key role in empowering our customers to bring their dream curations to life, guiding them with expertise, artistry and heart every step of the way.

How you'll drive success:

  • You truly Host from the Heart, radiating warmth, being fully present, taking ownership of every interaction and bringing intention to the smallest moments. You'll create a space where every individual and customer feels genuinely seen, valued and cared for.
  • You'll inspire our community with styling advice, executing precise and aesthetically pleasing piercings - all with a meticulous eye for detail and a genuine love for what you do.
  • You'll be the heartbeat of the customer experience. From the moment someone walks through the door, you'll lead with warmth, confidence and authenticity to create a lasting, meaningful connection with every customer.
  • Shine as a leader on the shop floor, sharing your piercing expertise and passion with both customers and your team, inspiring trust and elevating the energy around you.
  • Hold space with care and compassion, especially during more emotional or sensitive moments.
  • Champion safety and excellence, taking full ownership of the cleanliness and hygiene of your studio, while proactively managing and maintaining piercing supplies to the highest standard.

What you'll need to thrive:

  • This role is suitable for any Piercers with at least 1.5 years experience in a studio looking for that next step in their journey.

The Interview Process and Candidate Experience

  1. Portfolio Approval - one of our Piercer Mentors will review your portfolio.
  2. Life Story & Values - a 30 min video call with our Talent Team for us to get to know each other better.
  3. Interview with Store Manager - a 30 min video call to discuss your skill-set and experience.
  4. In-Store Technical Interview - meet one of our Piercer Mentors for a Studio Set-Up & Piercing Demo.
