The Store Manager Mission

How you'll drive success

  • Inspire and empower your team to truly Host from the Heart - guiding them to radiate warmth, be fully present, take ownership of every interaction and bring intention to the smallest moments.
  • Inspire, support and coach your team to truly flourish and grow in their roles by adopting a reverse leadership approach.
  • Deliver feedback on the shop floor, observing & delivering in the moment.
  • Lead the way in ensuring strong numbers are achieved through inventory management, VM, store layouts and experiential retail.
  • Ensure efficient and effective operational processes in your store.
  • Continuously optimise your social and environmental impact.
  • Build brand loyalty by promoting our CRM scheme, hosting events, and engaging with your local community.

  • Experience as a Store Manager.

  • Ability to develop and mentor a high-performing team.
