We’re more than a piercing studio – we’re a community shaping the future of piercing and jewellery. As a visionary in your craft, you’ll play a key role in empowering our customers to bring their dream curations to life, guiding them with expertise, artistry and heart every step of the way.

How you’ll drive success

What you’ll need to thrive

• At least 1.5 years experience in a studio.
• A values champion and brand ambassador – our values resonate deeply with you.
• Radiate positivity and enthusiasm.
• Always looking for a better way, naturally curious.
• Able to stay grounded during difficult interactions, leading with empathy.

Interview Process

1. Portfolio Approval – review by Piercer Mentor. 2. Life Story & Values – 30 min video call. 3. Interview with Store Manager – 30 min video call. 4. In-Store Technical Interview – Studio Set-Up & Piercing Demo.
