Location: Leeds, UK. Hours: 14hrs per week (weekend availability). Salary: £12.75 + commission.

- Create memorable and inspiring moments that align with our experiential retail pillars.
- Bring curiosity and creativity to everything you do.
- Radiate positivity and enthusiasm, uplifting both customers and your team.
- Take ownership of each experience, noticing the small details.
- Share your knowledge of products and materials with confidence.
- Act as a true brand ambassador, championing our values, driving loyalty through CRM and connecting with your local community.
- Collaborate with your team to ensure continued success of the store.
What you'll need to thrive

- Retail experience and a strong passion for people and customer experience.
- The ability to inspire through positivity and enthusiasm.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, adaptable to change.
