Assistant Estate Housekeeping Manager

Location: Isle of Arran - Accommodation Available

Salary: £35,000 yearly

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Housekeeping Manager to lead the housekeeping operation within a well-established luxury resort set in a stunning coastal location. You will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation and service are delivered consistently across all guest bedrooms and public areas.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage and inspire the housekeeping team to deliver consistently high standards
  • Oversee the cleanliness and presentation of all bedrooms, suites and public areas
  • Manage departmental scheduling, labour control and stock ordering
  • Conduct regular quality checks and implement continuous improvements
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety and hygiene regulations
  • Work closely with reception and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are always guest ready
