Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Food and Beverage professional to take ownership of a dynamic and high-volume operation within a premium hospitality setting. The role offers a mix of hands-on leadership and strategic oversight, ensuring exceptional guest experiences across multiple outlets while driving performance, standards, and team development.

- Strong background in food and beverage operations within a quality-led hospitality environment
- Confident leader with the ability to inspire, develop and manage large teams
- Commercially aware with a strong understanding of driving revenue and controlling costs
- Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and high service standards
- Organised and proactive with the ability to manage both floor presence and administrative responsibilities
- Comfortable working a varied schedule including weekends and evenings
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of all food and beverage outlets ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Lead, train and develop the team to maintain high standards of service and performance
- Monitor financial performance including budgeting, forecasting and cost control
- Ensure compliance with health and safety, hygiene and company standards
- Work closely with senior management to develop and improve the overall offering
- Maintain a strong presence on the floor while balancing administrative and operational duties
