We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team. As a Bar Supervisor, you'll be at the heart of our guest experience, delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Team: Oversee and support the bar staff in their duties, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service throughout each shift.
- Crafting Delight: Serve and supervise the preparation of a delightful mix of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring compliance with hotel policy and liquor licensing laws.
- Service Excellence: Ensure excellent customer service at all times, creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for our guests.
- Spotless Setup: Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the Bar and dining areas, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Stock Management: Rotate, display, and manage bar stock to guarantee all products are served in top-notch condition.
- Transaction Savvy: Oversee cash, credit cards, and guest accounts, following company procedures with precision.
- Event Support: Assist in the coordination and execution of events and special functions to deliver a seamless guest experience.
- Team Player: Support the Food and Beverage department as needed, whether it’s assisting with table service, food preparation, or helping train team members.
Desired Skills and Education
- Previous experience in a similar supervisory role within hospitality is desirable, though not essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead by example.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple tasks.
- Attention to detail, ensuring high standards are maintained at all times.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
