As our Deputy Head Housekeeper, you'll be the calm, capable force that keeps the heartbeat of the department steady and strong. What you'll be doing

  • Support the Head Housekeeper in leading the team with positivity, professionalism and pride - ensuring every room and public area is beautifully presented, refreshed and guest ready.
  • Assist with daily room allocations, rotas and performance; coaching and training your team with hands-on leadership.
  • Work closely with Front Office and Engineering teams to maintain a seamless connected guest journey.
