The next evolution of the Etihad Campus will see it become a thriving sports and entertainment district, featuring state-of-the-art training facilities, a world class 60,000 seater stadium, and vibrant leisure spaces including the Co-op Live arena. It will become a world-class hub for elite sport, music, and entertainment, attracting visitors from around the world.

As our Deputy Head Housekeeper, you'll be the calm, capable force that keeps the heartbeat of the department steady and strong. Working closely with the Head Housekeeper, you'll help shape the daily rhythm of the team - ensuring every guest corridor and shared space carries the signature [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] finish our guests will come to know and love.

What you'll be doing

• Support the Head Housekeeper in leading the team with positivity, professionalism and pride - ensuring every room and public area is beautifully presented, refreshed and guest ready.
• Assist with daily room allocations, rotas and performance; coaching and training your team with hands-on leadership.
• Work closely with Front Office and Engineering teams to maintain a seamless connected guest journey.
