Reservations and Events Agent - Fixed Term Contract (Maternity Cover)
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] at Holiday Inn London - Gatwick Airport is seeking a Reservations and Events Agent on a fixed-term contract (maternity cover). Salary: £26,436.80 per annum (£12.71 per hour), 40 hours per week.
The Role
As Reservations and Events Agent you'll be on the front line, delivering on our mission! You'll be delivering attentive customer focused service, understand brand standards and enjoy working as part of a successful team.
What you'll be doing
- Top quality customer service
- Working as part of a great team
- Take enquiries and bookings via telephone and online bookings
- Converting enquiries into sales
- Processing, amending and updating bookings as required
- Maximising revenue through upselling
- Administration and Technology savvy
- Available to work when the team and customer needs you most
