About the Role

Based across the Hilton Garden Inn, Brindley Place & AC by Marriott, Birmingham you'll be the leader of the Hotel Maintenance Team, supporting the General Managers to create an exceptional experience for the guest and our team members, from external surroundings, general public areas to individual guest bedrooms. You'll balance planned project work, audit performance and reactive tasks to steer the maintenance team to create an exceptional hotel environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the hotel maintenance teams across both sites.
• Oversee planned project work, audit performance, and reactive maintenance tasks.
• Ensure exceptional standards for external surroundings, public areas, and guest bedrooms.
• Work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays as the hotels are open 365 days a year.
• Support General Managers in creating an exceptional guest and team member experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience in maintenance management, preferably in a hospitality setting.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to balance planned and reactive maintenance tasks.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts.
• Commitment to high standards and guest satisfaction.
