General Manager
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is seeking an experienced Hotel General Manager for Hampton by Hilton Liverpool John Lennon Airport. This role involves leading the team to deliver exceptional service and commercial results.
About the Role
Are you obsessed with detail? Do you constantly look for improvements whilst aiming for excellence? Are you able to manage multiple revenue streams and the teams of people that deliver this revenue? We are looking for an experienced Hotel General Manager to lead, inspire and motivate our high performing team to continually deliver exceptional customer service and commercial results. As our Hotel General Manager, you will be the driving force behind our success. Leading and inspiring your team to deliver exceptional service and exceed guest expectations. Driving growth and profitability through multiple revenue streams and cultivate a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters teamwork and personal growth at all levels. This role will be hands on leading and managing the team from the front.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Hotel General Manager within a branded hotel or similar leadership role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of motivating and developing teams.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- In-depth understanding of hotel operations, revenue management, and guest satisfaction.
- A passion for hospitality and a relentless commitment to excellence.
