Job Description
The Night supervisor is responsible for the running of the Front Desk and will support the management team with Night Audit. With knowledge of the Hotel’s products and services you can dealing with all guest’s requests. This maybe additional room amenities or delivering room service. This role requires flexibility to adapt on shift and use initiative to prepare the hotel for the day ahead. Great communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team is essential.
