Night Cleaner – The Medlock at Etihad Campus, Manchester

As we continue to build the team ahead of the opening of The Medlock, Radisson Blu Hotel, we are recruiting a range of contracted team members. We offer flexible working patterns designed to suit a variety of needs: 24 hours per week, across 3 days; 32 hours per week, across 4 days.

What you'll be doing:

  • Take ownership of allocated areas, carrying out routine and deep cleaning overnight with care, consistency and strong attention to detail.
  • Work calmly and efficiently to ensure all public spaces are clean, refreshed and ready for the day ahead.
  • Follow all safety, hygiene and security procedures, using cleaning equipment and materials responsibly.
  • Balance scheduled cleaning tasks with unexpected requirements, staying organised and proactive.
  • Be a quiet ambassador for The Medlock, bringing our brand to life through care and attention to detail.

  • Warm, welcoming and genuinely caring for guests and colleagues.
  • Confident under pressure, with a steady presence and individuality.
  • An effective communicator, grounded and connected to the city.
  • Experienced in a fast‑paced hotel operation, ideally within a premium, lifestyle or high‑energy environment.
