Be the voice of The Medlock: join our pre-opening team as Reservations Agent and shape warm, seamless bookings that make guests feel at home from day one.

What you'll be doing
- Handle bookings with confidence and care across all channels
- Work closely with Front Office and Sales Teams
- Shape experiences and build trust with guests
About you
- Understand what hospitality feels like – make people feel looked after
- Confident, organised and switched on for a pre-opening hotel environment
- Previous experience in hotel sales or reservations, ideally in a lifestyle or premium property
