What you'll be doing

You’ll take ownership of the hotel overnight, working independently with confidence, consistency and strong attention to detail. While the hotel rests, you’ll ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes and that guests feel supported, safe and well looked after at all times.

• Acting as the main point of contact throughout the night, you’ll welcome late arrivals, assist with early departures and respond to guest enquiries with a calm, friendly and professional approach—always reassuring, always present.
• You’ll follow all safety, security and operational procedures, maintaining awareness of the hotel and responding appropriately to anything unexpected.
• No two nights are the same. You’ll balance routine overnight tasks with the natural unpredictability of guest needs, staying organised, proactive and one step ahead.
• Your work plays a vital role in ensuring the hotel feels seamless, welcoming and ready for the day team by morning.

• An effective communicator, grounded and connected to the city you’re helping shape
