As a Goods In Controller, you’ll ensure everything that arrives is handled efficiently, accurately and with care, keeping our operations running smoothly from the moment stock enters the building.

This brand-new 401-key hotel is set to be a game-changer in hospitality, seamlessly integrating with one of the most prestigious entertainment and sporting destinations globally. The next evolution of the Etihad Campus will see it become a thriving sports and entertainment district, featuring state-of-the-art training facilities, a world class 60,000 seater stadium, and vibrant leisure spaces including the Co-op Live arena.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Take ownership of all incoming deliveries, managing goods-in processes with care, consistency and strong attention to detail.
  • Work in a calm, efficient manner to ensure all stock is received, checked and stored correctly.
  • Follow all safety, handling and security procedures, using equipment and systems responsibly.
  • Balance scheduled deliveries with unexpected arrivals, staying organised and proactive.
  • Be a vital ambassador for Medlock, bringing our standards to life through precision and consistency.

Our operation runs 365 days a year, with shift patterns designed to reflect the needs of the business.

About You

  • Warm, welcoming and naturally genuine in the way you care for guests and colleagues.
  • Confident under pressure, with a steady presence and a touch of individuality.
  • An effective communicator, grounded and connected to the city you’re helping shape.
  • Experienced in a fast-paced hotel operation, ideally within a premium, lifestyle or high-energy environment.
