Job Description
Seaton House, the newest 5-star luxury resort in St Andrews, is looking for a Concierge to play a key role in our front office team. First impressions are everything and you will set the tone for every guest's stay. With a genuinely warm welcome, you'll be ready with answers to any questions and happy to offer information about hotel services, facilities and the local area. As Concierge you will deal with a range of guest requests. You will be confident communicating as the local area knowledge expert. You will know not only the popular attractions but also the hidden gems. Working closely and communicating with all departments to put the guest at ease during their stay.
Requirements
- Great attention to detail
- Confident people person with strong communication skills
- Flexibility to work shifts including evenings and weekends
- Ability to work 40 hours per week across 5 days
