Night Manager

About the Role

As Night Manager, you'll take ownership of the hotel's entire overnight operation. You'll ensure guests feel safe, supported and genuinely looked after, while guiding your team with clarity and purpose.

What you'll be doing

• Lead the Night Team with confidence and care, ensuring a warm, reassuring and high quality service experience for every guest.
• Manage arrivals, queries and requests with professionalism.
• Maintain security through diligent checks and adherence to hotel procedures.
• Manage staffing and payroll in line with business needs.
• Lead, train and develop your team to foster a culture rooted in pride, clarity and belonging.
• Uphold all Health & Safety, Fire, Security and PCI standards.
• Ensure seamless communication into the daytime operation through clear handovers.

About you

• Calm, confident leader who thrives in a guest-facing role.
• Lead with heart, speak with honesty, handle pressure with confidence.
• Ability to reassure, support and take decisive action when required.
• Strong communicator and keen collaborator.
• Previous experience in hospitality, Front Office or similar leadership position, ideally in a premium or lifestyle property.
