This is a full-time, on-site position leading the front office team in delivering warm, personalised guest service. Part of the pre-opening team for a 401-key hotel on the Etihad Campus.

As Front of House Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in bringing this experience to life, supporting the Front Office team to deliver warm, confident welcomes, seamless departures and thoughtful, memorable moments at every stage of the guest journey.

This brand-new 401-key hotel is set to be a game-changer in hospitality, seamlessly integrating with one of the most prestigious entertainment and sporting destinations globally. The next evolution of the Etihad Campus will see it become a thriving sports and entertainment district, featuring state-of-the-art training facilities, a world class 60,000 seater stadium, and vibrant leisure spaces including the Co-op Live arena.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Complete daily and deep cleaning to a consistently high standard
  • Prepare rooms for arriving guests and refresh during stays
  • Work closely with your team and other departments
  • Follow all safety and hygiene standards
  • Balance daily room servicing with unexpected tasks
  • Be a key ambassador for The Medlock, bringing our brand to life
