About the Role

At The Medlock, we’re redefining city centre hospitality with an experience that’s polished, heartfelt and unmistakably personal. As Assistant Night Manager, you’ll support the overnight leadership of the hotel, ensuring every guest experience remains seamless, secure and thoughtfully delivered while the city sleeps. You’ll play a key role in overseeing night operations—supporting the front office, coordinating late arrivals and early departures, and ensuring the hotel runs smoothly through the quieter hours.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Supporting the Night Manager in leading Nights teams to ensure smooth, safe and seamless overnight operations.
  • Fostering a calm, welcoming environment where guests feel supported and genuinely cared for.
  • Championing brand standards and guiding a confident service culture.
  • Overseeing late arrivals, early departures and overnight requests with ease.
  • Carrying the spirit of Manchester through every interaction.

About You

  • Previous hotel customer service experience in a similar position, ideally within a premium, lifestyle or design led property.
