Responsibilities

  • Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen areas, including dishwashing, mopping, and wiping surfaces
  • Assist with preparation of ingredients and support chefs during food preparation
  • Handle and store food in accordance with safety and hygiene regulations
  • Maintain inventory of kitchen supplies and inform management when low
  • Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure prompt delivery of food
  • Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
  • Dispose of waste properly and recycle
