Job Description
We are looking for a friendly, passionate and energetic Receptionist to join our team at [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]'s Dunluce Lodge. First impressions are everything and you will set the tone for every guest’s stay. With a genuinely warm welcome, you’ll be ready with answers to any questions and be able to offer information about hotel services, facilities and the local area. You will be the face of our hotel, not just to guests staying on property but to guests visiting to use our restaurants, bars and meeting rooms. You must have a natural hospitality charm and a passion for service. Ideally you will have experience of working within a branded hotel environment but this isn't essential and full training will be provided. We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days. If you are looking for career training we offer nationally recognised apprenticeships which sit alongside our detailed brand training.

Requirements
- Natural hospitality charm and passion for service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Previous hotel experience preferred but not required
