Job Purpose

We’re looking for an experienced, commercially sharp Senior Paid Media Manager to join our fully remote team. You’ll be responsible for the strategy, setup, day-to-day management, and performance reporting of Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns across a portfolio of dental and healthcare clients — primarily focused on lead generation for local practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing Google Ads (Search, Display, PMax) and Meta Ads campaigns across a portfolio of dental and healthcare client accounts.
  • Taking end-to-end ownership of campaigns — from initial strategy and build through to ongoing optimisation and performance reporting.
  • Setting up tracking, conversion events, and attribution correctly across platforms (GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, Google Tag).
  • Delivering regular performance reports and insights to internal Account Managers and directly to clients where required.
  • Identifying growth opportunities across accounts — budget recommendations, new campaign types, audience strategies, and creative testing.
  • Collaborating with the wider team on landing page recommendations, creative briefs, and campaign messaging.
  • Contributing to agency-level paid media processes, playbooks, and quality standards.
  • Staying ahead of platform changes, algorithm updates, and best practices across Google and Meta.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • 7–10 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, with a strong track record of lead generation performance.
  • Agency-side background — managed multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Deep technical proficiency: campaign architecture, bidding strategy, audience targeting, creative testing, tracking setup, and performance analysis.
  • Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Manager, and standard reporting tools.
  • Strong understanding of local business lead generation.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Highly organised with ability to manage large portfolio.
  • Team player who takes ownership.

Desirable

  • Experience with dental, healthcare, or regulated sectors.
  • Familiarity with CRM integrations and lead tracking.
  • Experience using Google Ads scripts or automation tools.
  • Understanding of SEO.
