The Vacancy
Are you experienced and passionate about Customer Service? We have part time opportunities in the team, that might just be right for you.
At [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] you can share your enthusiasm and drive for Customer Service in our Contact Centre. This is a busy but important role, so at times you’ll be working under pressure but your commitment to customer service will mean this is a great role for you.
The successful candidate will be required to work their first 4-6 weeks full-time in our Devizes office, Monday - Friday from 8am - 4:30pm, to complete our induction training programme. Once the training programme is complete, you will be able to work flexibly with time spent in the office and working from home.
We have a number of working patterns available for this role. Please note all current shifts available finish at 5.00 pm.
What you’ll be doing
- Talking to customers on calls, live chat, or email daily
- Making appointments and supporting self-service options
- Resolving issues and ensuring customer needs are met
- Managing high volume of interactions (90,000 customers)
- Taking ownership of customer cases and finding resolutions
About you
- Experience in a customer service role
- Ability to handle complaints and problem-solve effectively
- Good listener and confident communicator
- Multi-tasking skills – chat with customers while using IT systems
- Competent with Microsoft packages and IT systems
- Resilience and empathy
