The Vacancy
Are you experienced and passionate about Customer Service? At [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] you can share your enthusiasm and drive for Customer Service in our Contact Centre. This is a busy but important role, so at times you’ll be working under pressure but your commitment to customer service will mean this is a great role for you.
The successful candidate will be required to work their first 4-6 weeks full-time in our Devizes office, Monday - Friday from 8am - 4:30pm, to complete our induction training programme. Once the training programme is complete, you will be able to work flexibly with time spent in the office and working from home.
What you’ll be doing
- Talking to customers on calls, live chat, or email
- Making appointments and supporting self-service options
- Resolving issues and ensuring customer needs are met
- Managing a high volume of interactions
- Taking ownership of customer cases with empathy and problem-solving
About you
- Experience in a customer service role
- Ability to handle complaints and problem-solve effectively
- Good listener and confident communicator
- Multi-tasking and IT skills including Microsoft packages
- Resilience and empathy
