The Vacancy

We’re currently recruiting Support Workers to join our dedicated team at [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]’s Care at Home Service. In this rewarding role, you’ll work closely with residents and colleagues to deliver high-quality, person-centred care. You’ll champion independence, choice, and dignity, always guided by the Skills for Care Code of Conduct for Adult Social Care Workers in England.

As a Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role in improving lives and making a meaningful difference every day. You’ll embody the values of [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] and the [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal], promoting motivation, participation, and compassion in everything you do.

Shifts run between 7:00am and 10:30pm, Monday to Friday, with alternate weekend shifts.

We’re passionate about supporting your growth, so we support our Care colleagues with achieving their Care Certificates if required.

About You

  • Strong communication skills
  • Basic literacy and numeracy
  • A compassionate and patient approach
  • Ideally, experience in a caring environment (e.g. hospitality, education, or similar)
  • Pass an Enhanced DBS check or be registered with the Update Service
